T&C’s


All non-personalised orders placed are processed and dispatched within three working days of payment being received, although we aim to despatch all orders received before midday on Monday - Friday on the same working day if we can.

All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched the following week, unless otherwise stated.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

UK STANDARD

Our standard delivery charge is £3 for all orders under £30. 

All standard UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.  

If you are based in Sheffield then you can use the code ‘CLICKANDCOLLECT’ and Angela will contact you to arrange collection of your order from 49, Blair Athol Road, Sheffield after 24 hours; if you want it delivered to you then proceed with your order as normal.

UK TRACKED NEXT DAY 

We currently do not offer a tracked next day delivery but we are hoping to soon. If you need your order urgently then we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Please allow 7 days before dispatch of personalised orders. 

Please allow for longer processing at busier times of the year i.e. around Christmas time. 

RETURNS

We really hope you will love your delivery but if you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or an exchange. 

Please note we are unable to cover return postage unless an item is faulty so please keep proof of postage on returns as we cannot cover any lost returns without proof. Items must be returned in an unused, saleable condition.
